Golden Beet Salad

One of their specials is a salad made from golden beets. These yellow beauties are perfectly marinated and tossed in a symphony of fresh grapes, trail mix, Asian mixed greens, quinoa, and goat cheese. Dress it up with some tangy citrus vinaigrette. For a protein boost, add some chicken or tofu.

UC Bahn Mi

A new addition to their sandwich family, enjoy this So-Cal version of the famous and popular Vietnamese baguette, the Bahn Mi. This yummy staple is complete with Italian chicken, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeños, pickled carrots, onion, and red radish. It's finished with sweet chili aioli that is lovingly spread on a baguette.

The Ahi

Bite into the sashimi-grade seared tuna, tossed with a fresh salad. This fresh dish has a beautiful bed of Asian greens mixed with a healthy arrangement of avocado, feta, edamame, cherry tomatoes, cukes, and red radish all decorated with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Dress this up with Japanese Chili Dressing.
