With three locations within 10-20 minutes of our apartments near CSUN, Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill has been serving the area great Mexican food for nearly 30 years. Founder Steve Paperno states that he "had a vision to combine the variety of flavors he experienced traveling through Mexico with innovative recipes and his passion for healthy living" — most locals will agree he accomplished just that. Sharky's is known for its innovative menu that uses only fresh and organic ingredients. In addition to the great food, Sharky's is a regular contributor to charity fundraising events such as their "Guac' Smash Fundraiser Night" and the "Fin-Tastic Fundraiser". Sharky's currently opens their doors at 10:30 a.m. and shuts them at 8:45 p.m, so you can pick up food to-go whenever you’re hungry.

Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill is known for its delicious and filling burritos. They come in a variety of different combinations, including the unique Wild Caught Salmon Burrito. In addition to burritos, you can also order tacos, power plates and bowls, salads, nachos, taquitos, and more. If you're feeding more people than just yourself, the restaurant offers build-your-own kits for various items such as nachos and enchiladas that you can take home and create.
