Popular on the menu is sushi 3-ways where sushi is served with three different toppings. The salmon menu item includes black truffle, gonbu, and caviar toppings. The albacore features ponzu radish, yuzu pepper, and garlic soy toppings. Chef Choice Sushi is perfect for pick-up. It includes 2 pieces each of albacore, halibut, Faroe Island salmon, and yellowtail, plus the choice of a regular roll.

TOMO Sushi and Japanese Fusion Cuisine, at 18707 Devonshire Street in Northridge, is open 1 pm to 8 pm seven days a week to take your order. Offering quality food at good prices, their sushi is some of the more creative. The Baked Caterpillar Roll is baked eel, crabmeat, and cucumber on the inside and avocado and eel sauce on the outside. The Garlic Fantasy Tempura Roll is spicy tuna and cucumber on the inside and albacore, crispy garlic, rice, and hot sauce on the outside. TOMO is open 1 pm to 8 pm, Sunday through Saturday.
